Very nice review: I have noticed that the burn issue can be avoided by turning the cigar 90 degrees and slightly compressing with the incisors after the first inch…it eliminates the chisel effect but the draw/burn is fine from then on.

Great site and reviews. I really enjoy your thoughtful commentary. FYI, consider using a punch on the flat head of the chisel instead of clipping the cap. This provides an excellent smoking experience. I learned this from Lito Gomez himself at an event in Texas for the launch of this brand a few years ago.

This cigar is phenomenal. I have yet to have one burn unevenly so, I am surprised the mention of a slight burn problem. I purchased a couple of these from 2 different shops and neither box had a bad cigar, they all burned perfectly down with no unevenness.

Great review and this cigar is definitely one you want to sit down for.

Thanks for the Power warning od this cigar.
I wondered how it compares power wise with the brilliant Rocky Patel Vengence series which I order from the US as they are impossible to find in the UK.

I will look out for this reviewed cigar as it sounds like it would keep the Germans away from the pool early in the mornings.
