		<description>I had one of these before, only it was the shorter version, the Romeo No. 3. A very good smoke I must say, and indeed the ones that come in the new white tubos are superior to those which came in the old silver tubos. The new white tubos are hand made, while the old ones where machine made. 

For some reasons they decided to hand make the Romeo series (nos. 1,2 and 3) instead of machine making them, and thus they changed the tubo. Good stuff.</description>
